NEC is moving away from on-premise PBX due to:

End of Expansions:
At the end of 2025, there will be no handsets, or system being produced, this does limit the ability to expand your system. Zero3 will hold stock, prioritizing our Zero3 Care customers.(Licensing is no longer available for SV9100 CP10 & SL1100.)
