One of the some key features of the SV9100. is the call record function. If you receive a threatening, a verbally abusive, or even a call that you just want to record for training and quality purposes.
- As the call comes in, simply answer the call, push the call record button. It will flash to indicate that the call is being recorded.
- Once you hang up that call, you will receive an email with the voicemail attached via Wave file.
