IPECS Call Parking

In this video, we explain how to park a call using the programmed Park keys. Park keys are programmed buttons that allow users to place a call on hold and retrieve it from another phone within the system. This is different from a regular "hold" button, as parked calls can be picked up from any phone in the system.
