Technical Director and Project Manager
Francis has over 16 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. Francis is now the Technical Director of Zero 3 Communications, he provides technical assistance and advice to ensure that our clients are getting the best out of their phone system. Francis manages and installs, maintains and services phone system.
Sales Director and Relationship Manager
James began working in the telecommunications industry 15 years ago whilst working in the retail environment selling mobile phones. Since then he has worked for several FTSE 100 companies providing IT solutions to businesses across the UK.
James has since worked in over 300 schools providing expert advice to reduce phone bills and assist with their communication needs. James is committed to assisting you make a well informed decision for the options available for your business to improve is communication system.
We are backed by an experienced team with years of industry knowledge and a focus on providing the highest level of customer service.
Our local call centres are based in Cranbourne West and South Melbourne.
Our technical team are IT professionals with networking experience and telephone technicians with years of field experience.
Our trainers, meanwhile, ensure that our clients know how to use the equipment. This is demonstrated through hands-on, practical and face-to-face sessions.
Together, we have cabled heritage listed buildings, relocated business over weekends, and set up networks and wireless bridges between factories.
The technical team
Every member of our technical team has been with us for years and has vast experience across a range of vendors. They can support customers remotely via our service desk — where they are able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly — or visit on-site to problem solve and implement solutions as field technicians if required. The team is comprised of a mix of IT professionals and telco engineers, all with a focus on being personable and reliable to our valued customers.
The sales support team
Our sales team has a strong focus on optimal customer service and making great connections with our clients — they’ll be with you all the way from the initial conversation through to product delivery. Their role includes provisioning services, providing billing comparisons, hosting pre-installation meetings and face-to-face trainings.
